Kolese School, Kenya

Unfortunately, Freith CEC School’s long-term partnership with St. Charles School in Africa has recently come to a conclusion. Over the years, this partnership has been a valued and enriching experience for our children. Pupils greatly enjoyed writing letters, learning about different cultures, and discovering what school life is like in Africa, as well as exploring similarities and differences between our communities.

We also benefit from visits by our link worker, who has led engaging assemblies and helped deepen the children’s understanding of global citizenship, respect, and diversity. These experiences support our curriculum and help foster curiosity, empathy, and a wider view of the world. We look forward to further visits.

We now have a new link school with Kosele School and look forward to learning more about another community, building new connections, and forging meaningful relationships in the future. This next chapter will continue to support our commitment to cultural understanding and global learning for all our pupils. A card produced by our School Council is being hand delivered to the school at the end of January.

233 Junior age pupils
40 Special learners

They have 16 classes for all the learners

We look forward to learning more about another community, building lasting connections, and forging meaningful relationships for years to come. This exciting new chapter strengthens our commitment to cultural understanding and global learning for all our pupils.
