The School council take responsibility for choosing the charities that the pupils support in school, as well as helping to collect for some of our linked partners, such as the Amani UK charity that helps with our link to St Charles School Kenya. Here are some of the charities that our Frieth pupils have supported and some of the events they have organised. If you click on the logos below, they will take you to the charity websites for more information on how you can also help support the fundraising efforts.
Every year there is a collection at the Christmas performance, which raises funds for Amani UK which are either sent directly to the charity, or the school use to buy something to send to our link school, St Charles, Kenya.
The School Council had voted for fundraising from a PTA sponsored bicycle ride to be shared with Wycombe Homeless Connection. Unfortunately the cycle ride did not take place, so the Choir stepped in and organised a fantastic summer concert to raise some funds for the charity.
The school regularly support the One Can Trust throughout the school year but particularly important is the collection the children bring to the Harvest service every year.
